My journey in sports started with football in Portugal as a player and coach. For a good 14 years, I lived and breathed the game. Football taught me valuable life lessons beyond the field, and it's a sport that will always have a special place in my heart. My background as a football coach for children has not only refined my instructional abilities but also instilled in me the importance of mentorship and guiding others towards success.

In addition to my achievements in football, I also embraced martial arts, immersing myself in the world of traditional jiu-jitsu. My dedication and discipline on the mats mirrored the same commitment I displayed on the football field.

After moving to the UK, I discovered kickboxing. In 2018, I decided to dive into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and that's when things really clicked. BJJ became more than just a martial art for me; it became a way of life. The art of technique, leverage, and strategy fascinated me, and I knew I found my true calling.

With a wealth of experience in both football and martial arts, I embrace the values of respect, perseverance, and continuous learning. Through my remarkable journey as an athlete, coach, and martial artist, I stand as an inspiring example of the transformative power of sports and the ability to positively impact the lives of others.

My dedication to BJJ goes beyond personal growth. I thrive on the joy of sharing my passion and expertise with fellow practitioners, both on and off the mats. My compassionate and patient approach fosters a positive learning environment for students of all ages.

I'm a firm believer in respect, perseverance, and continuous learning, and I'm always ready to learn something new from anyone I meet.

So yeah, that's me – a guy who loves Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and who's on a journey of growth and sharing the passion with anyone interested in joining the ride.
