PRIVATE TUITION
We offer private classes to students of all levels. These sessions are offered all day, every day, at a time convenient to you.
TMAP BASIC
60 min class
Our TMAP BASIC class is for novices or people who have been away from fitness training for a while.
The classes are structured around the Mo-Gei-Do™ kickboxing curriculum, and are designed to teach you martial arts skills to a high level whilst also developing your fitness, flexibility, strength and body tone.
To gain the most benefit from training with us we suggest you attend twice a week, although an option to attend once a week is also available.
Classes run at 6pm, 7pm & 8pm Monday to Thursday and also 11am Tuesdays & Fridays.
CLASS CONTENT:
TMAP INTENSIVE
1 hour 15 min class
Our TMAP INTENSIVE course is designed for people with either previous martial arts experience or an already good level of fitness.
The first hour is structured around the Mo-Gei-Do™ curriculum, while the final portion of the class is devoted to pushing and developing your fitness and martial arts skills to an expert level.
This class features the use of punch bags, pad-work, skipping, sprint cycling and form-fighting to push you to a new high of performance.
Classes run at 6pm, 7pm & 8pm Monday to Thursday and also 11am Tuesdays & Fridays.
CLASS CONTENT:
TMAP WORKOUT
1 hour
A shorter, more focused lunchtime session - ideal for those looking to train during their lunch hour.
The class is suitable for all levels and includes basic techniques, attack combinations and both solo and synchronised form fighting.
Classes run at 1pm Saturdays.
CLASS CONTENT:
TMAP SPARRING
60 min
A controlled workout designed to really hone participants' sparring skills.
The class involves light-contact sparring and is suitable for both men and women looking to develop and apply their sparring skills more effectively. Full protective equipment required.
Classes run at 1pm Sundays.
