As requested by our members, Sunday 16th October saw our first Learn to Spar Master Class with Sensei William. This Master Class, aimed at the intermediate belts, focused on the finer aspects of moving, attacking and counter attacking and helped to build confidence and control for contact sparring. This popular class had a limited number of places and was full to capacity. Everyone worked really hard and put their new skills into practice by working on specific sparring techniques and free sparring at the end of the session.

Master Classes usually cost £25 but are free for members who train on an Unlimited Programme. If you would like to upgrade to the Unlimited Programme please speak to us. We will be holding more Master Classes for adults and children throughout the year. Let us know if you have any suggestions for a specific Master Class on any aspect of our programme.
