How long have you been involved in martial arts?
“I started in my early teens a style called Kateda, it was centred around chi energy.
I gave up when they wanted to smash a half brick on my solar plexus.”

“Chilling at home.”
What are your top tips for staying Sensei fit?
“Do something,

What’s your favourite snack?
“Noodles!”

“The ability to stop time/time travel like my double Hiro
Nakamora (in Heroes).”

“Any Chinese folk song! I quite like ‘Who’s that chick?’

What’s the best martial arts film?
“It has to be ‘Drunken Master’ starring Jackie Chan, it’s the
first martial arts film I watched. The original Cantonese version
is the best.”

What’s the best piece of advice you can give a beginner at Tmap?
“Perservere!”
What ’spooks’ you?
“Lou Ferrigno – The Hulk, I used to have nightmares he was
chasing me!”

“Really overweight – I love eating!”

“Around 50.”
